Meyners´ Riding und Movement Concept using the Franklin-Method
The Meyners‘ Riding und Movement Concept using the Franklin-Method® gives instructions for riders and riding instructors how to use Franklin Products for riding as well as training. The riders booklet is available in German and English (on request also in French).
Erik Franklin is the founder of the Franklin-Method®. His aim is to make people more conscious about their own movement patterns through mental training, exercise and body awareness. For further support he developed various tools like balls and rolls. Eckart Meyners’ discovered these Franklin Products for himself and together with Franklin-Method® educator Christiane Greiner-Maneke, they developed this riding concept.
In the riders booklet Eckart Meyners explains, how these Franklin Products are used by placing them e. g. under the buttocks, the arms or the upper thighs.
The Meyners‘ Riding und Movement Concept using the Franklin-Method® includes:
- Short and concise presentation of the Franklin-Method®
- Introduction and applications of the different Franklin Products
- Variations and functions for the riding lessons
- Notes regarding fascia, joints of the head and kinaesthetic system
The riders booklet consists of 20 pages and explains how to use the Franklin Products especially on the horse, but also on the ground.
We recommend to use the Franklin Products at first on the ground or stool before implementing it on the horse. Only this way you become aware how it feels and which effect these tools have on your body.
The Franklin-Method® should always been the main focus when you are training/riding.
Our Franklin Products are tools, that are used as a support for the Franklin-Method® to sense more easily.
Attention: The Meyners‘ Riding und Movement Concept using the Franklin-Method® is a part of the riders set.
